WakaWaka accepts products in new condition and in their original packaging, within 14 days from the date of purchase.
This exclusively applies to products purchased on staging.waka-waka.com. For all other purchases, please contact the retailer/distributor you purchased from directly and follow their return policy.

We will process your request and will refund to you the total amount you paid for the product(s) you are returning. Once we receive the item(s), please allow for up to 14 days for the return to be processed.
WakaWaka will repair or replace any WakaWaka product that fails to operate during the applicable warranty period due to a defect in workmanship or material under normal consumer use.
The warranty period is 24 months.
